Jakarta,era.id - Selebgram sekaligus influencer olahraga, Maria Vania punya banyak tips menjaga bentuk tubuh. Kali ini, wanita berusia 29 tahun ini membagikan tips cara meninggikan badan dari atas kasur.

Lewat akun Instagramnya, Maria Vania mengajak para followers-nya untuk melakukan olaraga demi mendapatkan proporsi tinggi badan yang ideal.

Wanita yang sering disebut cewek pemersatu bangsa ini mengunggah dirinya yang sedang workout di ranjang.

"Kamu sudah puas belum sama tinggi kamu yang sekarang? Tuh kan benar nih dugaan Vania. Pasti masih banyak yang belum puas sama tingginya," ungkap Maria Vania.

"Menurut kamu mustahil enggak nih buat tinggi di atas umur 18 tahun? enggak mustahil tahu guys. Ada cara alami jadi kamu enggak perlu pakai obat-obatan," lanjutnya.

Selain itu, Maria Vania mengungkapkan jika posisi tidur dapat memengaruhi tinggi badan agar bertambah. Ia juga menyarankan untuk tidak rajin minum kopi supaya kualitas tidur tidak terganggu.

"Kamu harus banget nih dikurangi begadang. Jadi kamu harus banget cukup tidur, ya 7 sampai 8 jam," kata Maria Vania

Vania juga menyarankan supaya punggung tidak bungkuk, dan tetap tegak.

"Coba kamu tarik bahu ke belakang, posisi punggung tegang, dan bahunya sejajar. Lebih kece kan, daripada bungkuk jelek banget," ujar Maria Vania.

Ia mengatakan jika cara tersebut bisa meninggikan badan. Selain itu, Maria Vania memberikan tutorial workout dengan gerakan yang dilakukan diantaranya adalah stretching, latihan napas, hingga kayang.
