6. Supermarket

Dari segi penampilan, gaya sehari-hari Reisa tidak pernah mencolok. Terbukti saat berbelanja di supermarket, ia nampak cantik dengan kemeja putih, celana garis abu-abu, dan tas hitam. Supaya enggak ribet, ia mengikat rambutnya sembari memegang keranjang merah.

Hai buat yg semua yg sukanya beli sendiri bahan makanan untuk keluarga di rumah kayak saya, suka bingung kah untuk milih2nya yg bagus yg mana? Nah kali ini saya mau bahas soal milih seafood nih. Kualitas memang harusnya menjadi perhatian utama saat memilih seafood. Karena produk2 seafood, misalnya ikan dan kerang, kadang ada yg langsung dibekukan beberapa jam setelah ditangkap, tapi ingat kalau bisa sampai beberapa hari baru dijual ke pasar/ supermarket. Penasaran? Simak tips berikut yah: Pertama tentunya pastikan untuk beli seafood dari pasar/ supermarket yang terpercaya. Trus pilih produk seafood yang ditempatkan dalam pendingin atau dibekukan dengan baik. Atau kalau mau ikan yg air tawar lebih baik pilih yg masih hidup. Trus abis belanja jgn lupa utk segera masukkan ke dalam lemari pendingin secepatnya dan olah/ konsumsi tidak lebih dari tiga hari setelah membeli. Ok, ini step2 pemilihannya. - Kenali baunya Ikan yang segar tidak berbau tajam, emang bau amis tapi tidak menusuk, karena ikan yg mulai busuk bisa ditandai dengan bau seperti amonia atau bau amis yang berlebihan. - Lihat warnanya Kalau masih segar, sisik ikan melekat erat pada kulit dan tampak cerah, memantulkan cahaya, serta berwarna metalik. Insang dari ikan segar harus tampak merah atau merah muda. Nah kalau milih seafood lain kyk udang, kepiting, lobster pilih yg segar dengan warna terang pada buntutnya tanpa adanya warna yang memudar. Kalau memilih tiram segar, cari yang berwarna krem alami dengan cairan bening di dalamnya. - Cek kepadatannya Ikan yg masih segar ditandai dengan daging yang tidak lembek atau berubah bentuk ketika ditekan dengan jari. Daging ikan juga tidak terlepas dari tulang. Buntutnya tampak kaku dengan daging yang padat. - Perhatikan tampilan keseluruhan Mata ikan segar akan menggembung, jelas atau tidak keruh, dan tampak berkilap. Kalau tiram, remis dan kerang, jangan pilih yang cangkangnya rusak atau retak. Kalau belinya dalam keadaan hidup, coba ketuk cangkang, kalau tidak menutup saat diketuk, jangan dipilih. Trus untuk kepiting dan lobster sebaiknya juga polih yang masih hidup dan melakukan gerakan kaki. Semoga bermanfaat ???????? #tipsdrreisa
