Aktivitas Bandara Tianhe Saat Virus Korona Mewabah

Kini pemerintah masih mematangkan skema dan proses evakuasi 240-an WNI yang berada di Provinsi Hubei. Pemerintah China juga sudah memberikan izin penerbangan secara terbatas ke Bandara Internasional Tianhe, Wuhan untuk evakuasi turis dan warga asing dari Wuhan.

Bandara Tianhe Melayani Pengiriman Logistik (Chinadaily)

Lalu bagaimana suasana Bandara Internasional Tianhe saat ini? Seperti dikutip dari Chinadaily, Jumat (31/1/2020), bandara tersibuk ke-14 di China itu memang ditutup untuk rute komersil, baik domestik maupun internasional. Tapi, masih buka untuk pengiriman logistik, kurir dan ekspedisi.

Sejak pekan lalu, Bandara Tianhe melayani 155 pesawat yang membawa 4895 personel medis, dan 268 ton obat-obatan dan alat medis untuk memerangi virus korona. Kebanyakan pesawat yang landing adalah pesawat perusahaan pos China.

Para petugas bandara, yang melayani lalu lintas udara hingga perawatan pesawat dan porter wajib mengenakan masker dan alat perlindungan diri. Tercatat, Bandara yang berusia 25 tahun ini melayani 11 juta orang per tahun.
