Berikut ini adalah daftar sejumlah film yang harus menunda jadwal perilisannya:
1. No Time To Die
Film yang dibintangi oleh Daniel Craig, No Time To Die secara resmi menunda perilisannya menjadi 25 November 2020. Hal ini berkaitan erat dengan wabah COVID-19 yang sudah tersebar hampir di seluruh dunia.

Semula, film terakhir yang dibintangi Craig ini dijadwalkan tayang pada 10 April 2020. Namun, berdasarkan hasil diskusi pihak rumah produksi, MGM Studio memutuskan untuk menunda perilisan tersebut.
2. Fast & Furious 9
Rumah produksi Universal Studios secara resmi menunda perilisan film Fast & Furious 9. Berita ini disampaikan langsung oleh salah satu perwakilan Universal Studios pada Kamis kemarin.
"Kami memindahkan jadwal perilisan secara global menjadi April 2021,di Amerika Utara akan tayang pada 2 April. Kami tahu ada kekecewaan karena harus menunggu lebih lama, langkah ini dibuat untuk keselamatan semua orang sebagai pertimbangan utama kami," tulis Universal Studios.
Film yang juga akan menjadi seri akhir dari petualangan Vin Diesel ini pun harus mengambil langkah jauh demi keselamatan semua orang. Semula, film yang juga dibintangi oleh Michelle Rodeiguez ini dijadwalkan tayang pada 22 Mei 2020.
3. Mulan
Kabar penundaan juga datang dari rumah produksi Disney. Kali ini film live action, Mulan juga turut terkena imbas virus korona baru. Semula, film ini dijadwalkan tayang pada 27 Maret 2020, namun Niki Caro selaku sutradara memutuskan untuk menunda jadwal rilis tersebut lewat akun instagramnya.
"Kami sangat antusias untuk membagikan film ini ke seluruh dunia, tetapi mengingat keadaan saat ini, kami harus menunda perilisan Mulan di seluruh dunia," tulis Niki dalam unggahan instagramnya.

Niki juga belum mengungkapkan kapan penjadwalan ulang dari film Mulan ini akan dirilis. Meski demikian, keputusan ini bagi pihak Mulan dan Disney adalah yang terbaik.
4. KKN: Di Desa Penari
Salah satu film yang datang dari tanah air, KKN: Desa Penari secara resmi merilis berita penundaan tayangnya. Lewat akun twitter resminya, film yang disutradarai oleh Awi Suryadi ini membagikan poster dan keterangan penundaannya.

MD Pictures selaku rumah produksi belum memberikan kepastian apa yang menjadi penyebab penundaan film tersebut. Sebagian warganet menilai penundaan ini akibat korona, namun sebagian lainnya menuding penundaan ini lantaran film Mariposa sedang tayang di bioskop.
5. A Quiet Place II
Film yang paling dinantikan tahun 2020, A Quiet Place II secara resmi turut menunda jadwal tayangnya. Film ini seharusnya tayang pada 18 Maret 2020, namun pihak Paramount Pictures secara resmi menunda hingga batas waktu yang tidak bisa ditentukan.
"Setelah banyak pertimbangan dan mengingat situasi yang sedang berlangsung dan berkembang mengenai COVID-19 dan pembatasan perjalanan global dan pertemuan publik, Paramount Pictures akan menunda rilis A Quiet Place II di seluruh dunia," tulis Paramont Pictures seperti dikutip dari Variety.
6. Peter Rabbit 2
Sama dengan film lainnya, Sony Studios melakukan tindakan yang sama atas penundaan film Peter Rabbit 2. Semula film yang dibintangi oleh James Corden ini akan tayang pada 27 Maret 2020 di Inggris dan Eropa, dan 3 April 2020 di Amerika Serikat.
Atas situasi kesehatan global ini, pihak Sony Studios pun mengambil langkah penundaan menjadi 7 Agustus 2020. Film lanjutan dari petulangan sekelompok kelinci nakal ini akan fokus kepada sosok Peter (James Corden) untuk mempertahankan reputasinya sebagai pemimpin.
7. The New Mutants
Mendengar nama film The New Mutants ini, sepertinya pihak penggemar sudah kebal dengan berita penundaan rilisnya. Pasalnya, film yang sudah dijadwalkan tayang sejak 2018 ini, lagi-lagi menunda jadwal rilisnya.
Semula Disney menjadwalkan The New Mutants tayang pada 13 April 2018, tetapi diundur menjadi 22 Februari 2019 dengan alasan harus berhadapan dengan Deadpool 2. Namun pihak Fox Studios yang mengembangkan cerita film ini kembali menundanya menjadi 2 Agustus 2019.
Sejak saat itulah penggemar malas menunggu kisah spin-off dari X-Men ini. Kali ini, Disney dan Century Studios menjadikan alasan kesehatan global sebagai penundaan perilisan film tersebut yang belum jelas kapan akan ditayangkan.
8. Antlers
Film terakhir dari produksi Disney, Antlers dengan genre horor harus menunda jadwal perilisannya karena wabah COVID-19. Semula film ini dijadwalkan tayang pada 17 April 2020, namun pihak produksi belum menentukan kapan jadwal perilisan ulang dari film yang disutradarai oleh Guillermo del Toro ini.
Kedelapan daftar film yang mengalami penundaan ini mungkin saja akan terus bertambah seiring dengan perkembangan wabah COVID-19 di dunia. Hingga saat ini, total sudah lebih 100 negara yang terjangkit virus COVID-19, termasuk Indonesia.
